Terms and Conditions

By engaging the services of Studio Arcline, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Terms

● Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance of 35% of the total project cost is required to confirm and initiate the shoot.
● Final Payment: The remaining 65% must be paid in full prior to the delivery of the final images/videos.

2. Delivery & Approval

● Upon completion of shooting and editing, watermarked images/videos will be shared for your review and approval.
● Final content (without watermark) will be delivered only after full payment is received.

3. Client Responsibilities

● Clients are expected to provide reference images or a clear vision for the shoot.
● Active participation and communication with our creative team are encouraged for best results.
● Studio Arcline includes two (2) rounds of revisions free of charge. Additional revisions will incur extra charges, depending on the scope of changes.

4. Turnaround Time

● Standard delivery timeline is 10–15 business days per batch, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Additional Costs

● Any major expenses, such as hiring male/female models or premium props, will be billed to the client in advance.
● Minor items (e.g., basic props such as food or vegetables) will be arranged by Studio Arcline at no additional cost.

6. Shipping and Logistics

● All logistics, including shipping products to and from our studio, must be handled and covered by the client.

● We uphold strict confidentiality standards. Client information and internal team details will not be disclosed or shared without prior consent.
